Company of Animals - Dr roger mugford
Sometimes pets let us down and owners find themselves faced with civil liabilities over their behaviour, noise complaints or criminal prosecution under the Dangerous Dogs Act, 1991. Dr Mugford has developed a particular knowledge and reputation as an expert witness on animal law. His associates Dr Candy d'Sa and veterinary colleague Kendal Shepherd, MRCVS are also experienced in this field.
